The song, Yaar Bina, is a peppy disco track sung by the Disco King Bappi Lahiri himself. The track is a remix of the original Yaar Bina Chain Kaha Re from the movie Saheb starring Anil Kapoor and Amrita Singh… and the best part about both these songs is that they start in the same way!

The teaser of Main Aur Mr. Riight‘s first song is out now and I’m really digging it. It’s no secret that we at Team MissMalini have a soft spot for Barun Sobti, and unsurprisingly, he looks too cute in this new song teaser. Sung by Jasbir Jassi and music by Jaidev Kumar, Desi Daru is a catchy number and you’d find yourself humming it through the day after you give it one hear.

The video tells the story of Shenaz Treasurywala trying to give Barun’s character a massive makeover. I’m really looking forward to seeing how Barun pulls off his comic character.

Now, here’s another little something for all the Sobtians out there. I know all you fan girls are waiting with bated breath for the release of your favourite, Barun Sobti‘s Bollywood debut movie, Main Aur Mr. Right.

So here’s a brand new song from the flick, just to add all the more to your soaring excitement levels! Seen in a candid mode, the perfect mismatch of Barun and his co-star Shenaz Treasurywala look quite cute together in this fun song, Desi Daaru.

I know you girls are going to play this song on loop all day. And considering it’s Saturday (party time), that’s completely acceptable. Talking about parties, a grand party was hosted by the Main Aur Mr. Right on the occasion of this song’s launch. Barun and Shenaz were seen having a gala time with their director, Adeeb Rais and co-stars at the event. Keeping up with the theme of the song, alcohol and tequila shots were served at the do and the cast was even seen bar-tending for the guests. Cool, na? Feeling a bit broken-hearted as of late? This new track from Main Aur Mr Riight, featuring Barun Sobti and Shenaz Treasurywala, might be just what you need as your background music. It’s a soft, melancholic track about things left unsaid, so give it a listen and let us know what you think – it’s been sung, composed and written by Shibani Kashyap. I like!

This song is in stark contrast to the previously-released song, which was a party track titled Desi Daru. We’ve liked both the songs so far, so we can’t wait to see what other tracks they have in store for us. Main Aur Mr. Riight

As many as five films release this weekend and none are expected to create fireworks at the box office, at least on the opening day. Badlapur Boys, Life Mein Twist Hai, LUV….. Phir Kabhie, Main Aur Mr. Riight and Room – The Mystery are the new arrivals and they all come in just a week before the PK hurricane is set to strike.

Amongst these films, Main Aur Mr. Riight has still seen some buzz due to the presence of Shenaz Treasuryvala and TV star Barun Sobti. The subject does come with decent ammunition to find some views. As for the other four releases, there is hardly anything to differentiate one from another as each of these is a low/controlled budget film with no known faces whatsoever.

All of this means that yet another dull week may await Bollywood. The industry is waiting with bated breath to find audience footfalls in theaters, but the lackluster run may continue for another week unless one of the new films springs a pleasant surprise in a quick-fire manner – as of now, this is most likely to be Main Aur Mr Riight.

Rejoices, Sobtians, because there’s now a video out there that features Barun Sobti stripping down to his boxers. As difficult as it is to believe, though, that’s not the actual point of the video. Instead, the short film, aptly titled Dry Dreams – which also stars Kritika Kamra – is about water conservation and the urgent need for us to be more careful about saving water. It’s a fun, entertaining video that gets the message across without being awkwardly preachy.
